BIR has issued RMC 17-2021 dated January 26, 2021 extending the filing of 1604C and 1604F, including the QAP for the 4th Quarter 2020 from January 31, 2021 to February 28, 2021. RMO No. 46-2020, dated December 23, 2020 provided guidelines and procedures for the availment of the reduced rate of 15% on Intercompany Dividend paid by domestic corporation to non-resident foreign corporation. It includes guidelines on Philippine Depository Receipts (PDRs).
